You want to lose 10 pounds of ugly fat off of your body?? Chop your head off!!

Just kidding.

Drink lots of water and lower your fat intake. Go to the gym and work out twice for 30 minutes. Then take a twenty minute break.

Chew your food 32 times before swallowing so that the body will know when it is full.

Eat lots of nuts to increase motabolism.

Instead of 3 full portioned meals each day, try 4-6 meals with lesser portions and healthier dishes. DRINK NOTHING BUT WATER IN BETWEEN. A favorite of mine is Smart Water from Glaceau. (They also make Vitamin Water with 50 calories, and Fruit Water with 30 calories. Smart Water has 0 calories, so its recommended. If you HAVE to drink something sweet, the other two are good. They taste GREAT and are healthy)

Try bike riding. Biking up steep hills is great exercise.

Watch less TV, and don't eat while watching TV.
Watching TV exposes you to more fast food commercials, making you crave. It also makes it harder to go outside and be energetic.

If you DO get cravings, then brush your teeth! It satisfies the craving while giving you a healthy habit. It will give you better teeth, not to mention. Pamela Anderson is well known for this trick.

DONT TRY DIET PILLS THEY DON'T HELP and whatever you do DON'T GET SURGERY ITS NOT NATURAL

I really hope this helps. Good luck!

PS Why by August 18th?? School is starting?

No.

You have abs, they are just covered by fat. Trust me...cuz if you didn't you couldn't sit up, twist or even do much of anything.

Your 'belly' is just where you body stores fat. Kinda like a fridge. Your fridge stores all your food, but you don't have to eat at the fridge to empty it. But, whenever you're hungry, that's where you go first. Same with your body. When it needs to burn fat, no matter what you are doing...it gets it from there.

The BEST way to burn fat is by combining cardio and weight lifting. If you can't lift weights, do body weight exercises. Look up boot camp / military workouts. I also 'went away for three months', and I never lifted anything but my own body.

Hi. First of all there is a huge amount of info you can learn from my site, so please check it out. Especially the article called: "This is how to lose weight, be fit & get the body you want!"

Otherwise, just few points I will add here for you before you go over there:

1/ Nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the result. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don't expect much.

2/ Ultimately it is muscle which will bring you over the turning point. So building muscle is key.

3/ Remember, any movement at all for a minimum 60 minutes duration is great. I don't care if you wanna roll around on the floor, do jump rope, go run in the street or keep kicking the wall in your house. As long as you MOVE and get your heart rate up, you WILL lose calories.

If this answer and my website was useful to you, please select so I get points. thanks in advance.

I see weight training and running, which is good. It should come off eventually. Maybe just doing basic sit-ups will do the trick! Congrats on your weight loss!

Probably about 30 to 40 minutes a day, as you progress if you can go longer, DO. Also Doing about 30 or 40 squats everyother day should help too. Dont start out too heavy or you'll over work yourself and the same with the squats if as you progress you can go longer do.

I know this isn't the answer you want, but there is no miracle way of losing weight despite all of the commercials you see. You need to start a diet and exercise program, and you can make some gains in two weeks, but you'll really need to keep this up for quite some time.

Use your treadmill and figure out how to measure your heart rate. Most people can get into a 65-80% of their max heart rate by increasing the elevation and doing a brisk walk at 3.0 to 4.0 mph on the treadmill. This is a good training zone and you'll want to do about 45 mins a day, every day.

Now with that being said there are some tricks that pro models, etc. use to get ready for photo shoots, but these people are already in peak shape.
